Reviews and Ratings
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was lovely and quiet, located on the ground floor with a door leading directly to the parking lot. The private bath and television added to the comfort. The newer back section with a terrace was a nice touch. The service was warm and helpful, though slightly inexperienced, especially with helping park my large car in a tight spot. The location was bustling with good bookshops and beer gardens, but it could get a bit noisy at night. The proximity to Englischer Garten and Marienplatz was convenient for exploring the city. However, the layout might need some rethinking to improve the overall experience. The dining options lacked variety and were not well-organized, causing congestion during peak times. Despite this, the hotel offered a good value for the money. The hotel facilities were adequate for a comfortable stay.
The hotel offers spacious and uniquely furnished rooms with outdoor living areas, but the lack of air conditioning in 35°C heat left much to be desired. Despite the delayed check-in, the room was large and charming, making it worth the wait. The service was exceptional, with helpful and friendly staff members. The location is ideal, surrounded by quaint antiquity shops and cafes, close to the English Gardens and the old city center. However, the basic room amenities, like the tiny shower room, were not up to standard. Dining was satisfactory, but not ideal for non-meat or cheese eaters.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were huge and eclectic but facing a street with very loud bars open till late, making it difficult to sleep. The location is vibrant and lively, with various dining options around, but the noise from the surrounding bars was a downside.
